Hill Maintenance and Services was born out of frustration — the kind every homeowner knows. Waiting days for a technician who shows up late, gives a vague diagnosis, and quotes a price that doesn't add up. We knew there was a better way.
We started this company to be the service provider we always wished existed in Myrtle Beach: one that shows up on time, explains the problem in plain language, charges a fair price, and stands behind the work.
Today, we serve homeowners across Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Grand Strand area — and every job we take, we treat like it's our own home.

Owner & Lead Technician
Richard Hill founded Hill Maintenance and Services with one goal in mind: to bring honest, dependable home service to the Myrtle Beach community. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC repair and maintenance, appliance repair, and dryer vent cleaning, Richard has seen it all — and fixed it all.
Before starting his own company, Richard honed his skills working in the field across the Grand Strand, building a reputation for showing up on time, diagnosing problems accurately, and never recommending a repair that wasn't truly needed.
When Richard isn't on a job, he's a proud member of the Myrtle Beach Church of Christ and enjoys serving his community. He started this business because he believes local homeowners deserve better — and he's committed to delivering it, one service call at a time.
